70/30 PCT – indanthrene – jacquard
The mix had never been boil-proof. In close alignment with TURNS we iterated spinning, dyeing and weaving until yarn, borders and loops delivered production quality.
- 70% cotton: Delivers handfeel and absorbency, tuned to the PCT blend for precise loom tension.
- 30% recycled cotton (PCT): Post-consumer fibres close the material loop – documented and supplied by TURNS.
- Indanthrene dyeing: Lab-tested up to 95°C – colour and dimensional stability despite PCT content.
- Jacquard weave: Logos and information are woven in, not printed – no coatings, no peeling.
